Delivery Location: Materials will be delivered exclusively to the agreed-upon location.
Payment Terms: Payment for your order must be made in full in advance (100% Advance) before the order is processed.
Size Confirmation: Buyers are responsible for confirming the size of the materials at the time of placing the order. Quantities and square foot coverage figures provided are indicative; buyers should calculate consumption based on size and design considerations, including joint size.
Order Dispatch: Post-confirmation of the order, materials will be dispatched to your site within 2-3 days, depending on stock availability.
Damage Responsibility: Any damage to goods during transit or unloading is the responsibility of the buyer/consignor. Indicative breakage during transportation is 0-5%.
Variation Notice: For weathered or rustic bricks, variations are normal, and some bending may be part of the desired look.
Order Confirmation: Once an order is confirmed, it cannot be canceled.
Pricing Flexibility: Pricing may change depending on the scope of work and quantity required.
Breakage Policy: If breakage exceeds 5% during transportation, we will take responsibility for replacement or refund of the broken material. The buyer must report the quantity of broken items within two days; after this period, we hold no responsibility.
Transportation Responsibility: The buyer is responsible for any material breakage during transportation if transportation is arranged by the client.
Returns: Once materials are delivered, they cannot be returned.
